Mandy Ellinger brings more than 25 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience across technically complex and professional industries. Her career spans semiconductor, healthcare, agriculture, wireless networking, retail and other specialized environments.
Her experience extends beyond recruiting. Mandy has held significant nonprofit and community leadership roles, including President of the Junior League of Boise, Sustainer Director of the Junior League of Louisville, and statewide leadership roles with Delta Zeta and the Auburn Alumni Association. As Director of Strategic Planning for the Junior League of Boise, she led the organization's strategic-planning process and subsequently spent several years mentoring succeeding Directors on implementation and execution of the plan.
This combination of talent expertise and organizational leadership allows Mandy to help clients find the right people, strengthen leadership and turn strategy into execution.
